The surge towards greater heights occurred in 1966, an epoch in time. By the early 70s the Company emerged as one of the fastest growing entities in the field of engineering – consolidating its reputation for integrity, sound technical capabilities, and client – oriented policies.

Change benignly constant in the dimension of time, the sudden surge of the chemical, fertilizer, pulp and paper industries was a transformation in engineering & business prospects which opened unlimited possibilities for Avi to prove its mettle, impelling to devise new engineering solution business strategies to meet and exceed the specific demands of growing clientele.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Avi’s manufacturing facilities sprawl over an area of 10,856 sq. meters. Our fully equipped moulding department can handle Grey Iron Casting up to 12 tonnes, Cast Steel (Alloy Steel) upto 3 tons and Stainless Steel Casting upto 2 tons in any size & shape, and Cast Iron pipes and fittings with diameters ranging from 2 inches to 4 meters applications in the chemical industry.

Our other self-contained departments such as the Machining Department and the Fabrication Department have comprehensive facilities to handle a variety of machining processes and fabrication jobs of Mild Steel and Stainless Steel that conform to International standards.

R & D AND QUALITY CONTROL

At Avi, R & D measure are an indispensable part of the manufacturing process –

• Evaluating engineering principles involved in the job are routine procedures that must conform to the norms indicated for the job.

• Testing machines to determine strength, dimensional tolerances etc. including other complex parameters confirm the integrity of product inspection.

• Every project, the various processes, and the conclusion are all documented in thorough detail.

• Successful experiments and ideas are incorporated and earmarked for future implementation.
